Διευθυντής της Βιβλιοθήκης της Ιεράς Συνόδου.
Από παιδί τον συγκινούσε η ώρα της Σταύρωσης και του Επιταφίου, στη Χίο.
Βιβλία, συγγραφή, γνώση με τις μορφές και το έργο των Πατέρων του Αγίου Όρους και τις Ορθόδοξες Μονές του κόσμου.
Εκεί που αρκεί ένα κεράκι για να φωτιστεί ο ναός, εκεί που η Παναγία φύτεψε το περιβόλι της, εκεί που μαγειρεύουν με θαλασσινό νερό και επιστρέφει ξανά και ξανά πιστεύοντας στην ευχή που του έδωσαν κάποτε : να σε κλωτήσει ο Θεός και να βρεθείς στον Παράδεισο!
