Η Κεφαλονίτισσα Ελένη Βαλλιάνου είναι ηρωίδα της Εθνικής Αντίστασης στη Γαλλία. Πολέμησε με πάθος και ορμή τους φασίστες, συνελήφθη, βασανίστηκε και εκτελέστηκε στις 15 Αυγούστου του 1945 στη Νίκαια από τη Γκεστάπο. Το κωδικό όνομα της στις μυστικές ομάδες της Αντίστασης στις Κάννες, ήταν “La Veilleuse”, αυτή που αγρυπνεί δηλαδή. Η ΩΡΑ ΕΛΛΑΔΑΣ και ο Νικόλας Αγγελίδης, κάνουν ένα αφιέρωμα στη μεγάλη Ελληνίδα, με λεπτομέρειες από τη συγκλονιστική δράση της και τραγούδια της Γαλλικής Αντίστασης..
