Για τα πνευματικά δικαιώματα των συνθετών και των στιχουργών: Με βάση το ενωσιακό – ευρωπαϊκό δίκαιο επιτρέπεται η ίδρυση κερδοσκοπικών ΑΟΔ (Ανεξάρτητες Οντότητες Διαχείρισης), μια τέτοια ιδρύθηκε, ζήτησε και έλαβε διαπιστωτική πράξη άδειας λειτουργίας από το ΥΠΠΟ.
