Το πρώτο μέρος της εκπομπής είναι αφιερωμένο στον κορυφαίο δεξιοτέχνη στο ούτι Anouar Brahem . Ο Τυνήσιος μουσικός θεωρείται από τους πλέον καινοτόμους συνθέτες στο είδος του. Η δουλειά του στην ECM συνδυάζει πλήθος μουσικών ιδιωμάτων, από την παραδοσιακή και την κλασική αραβική μουσική μέχρι την τζαζ.

Στη συνέχεια ταξιδεύουμε στη Γαλλία, την Πορτογαλία κ.α.
