Ο κόσμος του Κωνσταντίνου Θεοτόκη θα είναι για πάντα ένας τεράστιος μπαξές γεμάτος λέξεις και νοήματα βγαλμένα από μια κοινωνία που τελικά ποτέ δεν άλλαξε. Το πλούσιο έργο του θα είναι για πάντα ένας φάρος οδηγός σε ένα καλύτερο αύριο όπου τα συναισθήματα ζουν διότι πολύ απλά περιγράφονται με τις πιο όμορφες λέξεις.

Ο μεγάλος συγγραφέας και μεταφραστής, πέθανε την 1η Ιουλίου του 1923.
