Η κλοπή του κυπέλλου της Άστον Βίλλα

Στις 20 Απριλίου του 1895 η Άστον Βίλλα νικά την Γουεστ Μπρόμγουιτς Άλμπιον στον τελικό του κυπέλλου Αγγλίας και παίρνει το τρόπαιο στο σπίτι της. Οι υπεύθυνοι του συλλόγου σκέφτονται να το τοποθετήσουν κάπου για να μπορεί να το χαίρεται ο κόσμος του Μπέρμιγχαμ. Το βάζουν λοιπόν στο κατάστημα αθλητικών ειδών του κυρίου Γουίλιαμ Σίλκοκ.
Στις 11 Σεπτεμβρίου της ίδια χρονιάς το κύπελλο “¨πέταξε” και από τότε κανείς δεν το ξαναείδε. Τι συνέβη?
