Την εκτίμηση ότι με τα κονδύλια του Σχεδίου Ανάκαμψης μπορεί να χρηματοδοτηθεί η δημιουργία ενός σύγχρονου εκθεσιακού κέντρου στη Δυτική Θεσσαλονίκη, ώστε να μετεγκατασταθεί η ΔΕΘ – Helexpo και εκεί που βρίσκεται σήμερα το εκθεσιακό κέντρο να δημιουργηθεί μητροπολιτικό πάρκο εξέφρασε μέσω της “Αίθουσας Σύνταξης” του 102 FM της ΕΡΤ3 ο βουλευτής του ΚΙΝΑΛ και πρώην υπουργός Χάρης Καστανίδης, εξηγώντας ταυτόχρονα την πρωτοβουλία που πήρε μαζί με τον συνάδελφό του Γιώργο Αρβανιτίδη να υποβάλουν σχετική αναφορά στους συναρμόδιους υπουργούς.
