Στη Θεσσαλονίκη πρέπει  να γίνει μια μεγάλη παρέμβαση που θα αλλάξει την όψη της πόλης επισήμανε στον 102 FM της ΕΡΤ 3 ο γνωστός επιχειρηματίας και πρώην πρόεδρος του Συνδέσμου Βιομηχανιών Γιώργος Μυλωνάς. Μιλώντας στην “Αίθουσα Σύνταξης” εξήγησε τους λόγους που χρηματοδότησε έναν μεγάλο διεθνή αρχιτεκτονικό διαγωνισμό για την ανάπλαση του δυτικού παραθαλάσσιου μετώπου της πόλης, επισημαίνοντας ότι η περιοχή από το FIX μέχρι το Καλοχώρι μπορεί να εξελιχθεί σε κόμβο logistics και παροχής νομικών, ασφαλιστικών και χρηματοοικονομικών υπηρεσιών, που θα υποστηρίζουν τις δραστηριότητες γύρω από το λιμάνι.
