Την έντονη διαμαρτυρία του για τον περιορισμό λειτουργίας του τελωνείου στους Ευζώνους μόνο για 12 ώρες, από τις 7 το πρωί έως τις 7 το απόγευμα, εξέφρασε μέσω της «Αίθουσας Σύνταξης» του 102 FM της ΕΡΤ3 ο πρόεδρος της Ομοσπονδίας Αυτοκινητιστών Ελλάδας Οδικών Εμπορευματικών και Επιβατικών Μεταφορών, Απόστολος Κενανίδης. Ο ίδιος  έκανε λόγο για αυθαίρετες και αδικαιολόγητες αποφάσεις από τις οποίες πλήττονται οι μεταφορείς και οι εισαγωγείς της χώρας.
