Για την ετοιμότητα των χιονοδρομικών κέντρων να ξεκινήσουν τη λειτουργία του εφόσον δοθεί το πράσινο φως, αλλά και το ενδιαφέρον των φίλων των χειμερινών σπορ,  διαβεβαίωσε μέσω του 102 FM της ΕΡΤ3 και της εκπομπής “Αίθουσα Σύνταξης  ο υπεύθυνος του Χιονοδρομικού Κέντρου στο Φαλακρό της Δράμας, Αλέξανδρος Νουλίκας.  Όπως είπε, τα χιονοδρομικά κέντρα στη Βόρεια Ελλάδα λειτουργούν κάθε χρόνο μέχρι τα τέλη Μαρτίου – αρχές Απριλίου και επομένως εάν ξεκινήσουν, έστω και από τα μέσα Φεβρουαρίου, ένα τμήμα της σεζόν μπορεί να σωθεί.
