Τους λόγους που έχουν οδηγήσει τον Δικηγορικό Σύλλογο Θεσσαλονίκης να αναλάβει επί της ουσίας τη λειτουργία του Κτηματολογικού γραφείου Θεσσαλονίκης εν μέσω πανδημίας εξήγησε στον 102 FM της ΕΡΤ3 και την εκπομπή “Αίθουσα Σύνταξης” ο πρόεδρος του Συλλόγου Στάθης Κουτσοχήνας, ο οποίος επιβεβαίωσε ότι λόγω του κορωνοϊού κάποιες δημόσιες υπηρεσίες στη Θεσσαλονίκη ουσιαστικά δε λειτουργούν.  Όπως είπε, πρόταση του νομικού κόσμου είναι να ανοίξουν κανονικά και με τα απαραίτητα μέτρα τόσο τα κτηματολογικά γραφεία, όσο και τα υποθηκοφυλακεία της χώρας.
