Η νομικός Μαρία Χαρτοματζίδου, στον 102FM του Ρ.Σ.Μ. της ΕΡΤ3 

 

Στον αέρα από σήμερα η πρώτη κατοικία έως ότου ψηφιστεί η  νέα ρύθμιση για την προστασία είπε μιλώντας στον 102 η νομικός Μαρία Χαρτοματζίδου. Μόνο χθες στη Θεσσαλονίκη τόνισε κατατέθηκαν στα δικαστήρια 500 αιτήσεις για την υπαγωγή στο νόμο Κατσέλη καθώς ήταν η τελευταία ημέρα ισχύος του. Οι πληροφορίες για τις νέες ρυθμίσεις είπε, θα αφορούν κατοικίες που το υπόλοιπο του δανείου δεν ξεπερνά τις 130.000 ευρώ και η αντικειμενική αξία του σπιτιού δεν ξεπερνά τις 250.000 ευρώ.
