H δικηγόρος του συνταξιούχου ο οποίος δικαιώθηκε μετά την προσφυγή του, κ. Βούλα Καρακολίδου, στον 102FM του Ρ.Σ.Μ. της ΕΡΤ3 

 

Εκατοντάδες είναι οι προσφυγές συνταξιούχων προς τη δικαιοσύνη, προκειμένου να διεκδικήσουν τις περικοπές που έχουν υποστεί στις συντάξεις τους. Όπως δήλωσε μιλώντας στον 102 φμ η δικηγόρος του συνταξιούχου ο οποίος δικαιώθηκε μετά την προσφυγή του, κ. Βούλα Καρακολίδου, η κάθε περίπτωση είναι ξεχωριστή και πέρα από τις αποφάσεις του Συμβουλίου της Επικρατείας, οι συνταξιούχοι μπορούν να στηρίξουν την προσφυγή τους και στην Ευρωπαική Νομοθεσία.
