Ο κτηματομεσίτης και  εκπαιδευτής μεσιτών, Νίκος Μανομενίδης στον 102FM του Ρ.Σ.Μ. της ΕΡΤ3 

 

Το φαινόμενο της πίεσης ιδιοκτητών ακινήτων σε ενοικιαστές να εγκαταλείψουν τα διαμερίσματα δεν παρατηρείται στη Θεσσαλονίκη τόνισε ο κτηματομεσίτης και  εκπαιδευτής μεσιτών, Νίκος Μανομενίδης, μιλώντας στον 102 του Ραδιοφωνικού Σταθμού Μακεδονίας της ΕΡΤ3 και στην εκπομπή «Μάθε τι Παίζει». Ο κ. Μανομενίδης ανέφερε ότι στη Θεσσαλονίκη η βραχυχρόνια μίσθωση αφορά περίπου 2.000 διαμερίσματα, δηλαδή σχεδόν όσα είναι τα δωμάτια των ξενοδοχείων στην πόλη,  ενώ πρόσθεσε ότι αρκετοί ιδιοκτήτες αλλάζουν άποψη στο θέμα λόγω της φορολογίας.
