Ο διευθυντής του Εθνικού Αστεροσκοπείου Αθηνών Κώστας Λαγουβάρδος στον 102 fm της ΕΡΤ3

 

Η αρχή έγινε το 2017 με την Αριάδνη, το παρατεταμένο κύμα ψύχους και παγετού που επηρέασε περισσότερο από το 70% της χώρας. Φέτος, τον Ραφαήλ διαδέχτηκαν  η Σοφία, ο Τηλέμαχος και η Υπατία. Για την πρακτική της ονοματοδοσίας των κυμάτων κακοκαιρίας και τα κριτήρια με τα οποία δίνονται τα ονόματα μίλησε στον 102fm της ΕΡΤ3, ο άνθρωπος που φέρει την ευθύνη για την επιλογή τους, ο διευθυντής του Εθνικού Αστεροσκοπείου Αθηνών Κώστας Λαγουβάρδος.
