Ο ερευνητής του Ινστιτούτου Ωκεανογραφίας του Ελληνικού Κέντρου Θαλάσσιων Ερευνών Δημήτρης Σακελλαρίου στον 102 fm της ΕΡΤ3

 

Τον κίνδυνο πρόκλησης τσουνάμι στην ευρύτερη περιοχή των ελληνικών θαλασσών επισήμανε μιλώντας στον 102 fm της ΕΡΤ3 ο ερευνητής του Ινστιτούτου Ωκεανογραφίας του Ελληνικού Κέντρου Θαλάσσιων Ερευνών Δημήτρης Σακελλαρίου.

Όπως εξήγησε, απαραίτητα βήματα για τη χώρα μας –που έχει πληγεί ακόμη και στο πρόσφατο παρελθόν- είναι η χαρτογράφηση του βυθού για τον εντοπισμό επικίνδυνων περιοχών, αλλά και ο σχεδιασμός ενός αξιόπιστου συστήματος έγκαιρης προειδοποίησης.
